  • Wolf & Shepherd Last Call

  • We’ve made this site to offer our friends and customers the opportunity to purchase Wolf & Shepherd shoes at a reduced price. Our Last Call site is a private, limited collection of shoes that don’t quite meet the standards to be sold as “mint condition”. We call them "Seconds". Some of these are customer returns while others are unworn shoes that were scuffed slightly during shipping, or came from our manufacturer in less than perfect condition. While these shoes are heavily discounted, the materials used are the same as our brand new shoes and are of great quality. Note that every Last Call shoe purchased will be different and not exactly as pictured. See examples here.
  • EXCELLENT: If a shoe picks up a knick during shipping, or someone returns them with a tiny crease, we’re unable to then sell them as new. It’s a quality standard we’re committed to and will never compromise on. These shoes are near-perfect, or entirely unworn. FAIR: These shoes are lightly worn or scuffed. They have exterior imperfections, all of which are typical to see after a few wears, and most of which can be treated with our creams and waxes. You should feel confident in purchasing Seconds that you’ll be getting the same high quality product you’ve come to know from Wolf & Shepherd. And that’s because you are! All functionality is the exact same as our mint condition shoes - the biggest difference is just the price. Due to the nature of a sale like this, all items are Final Sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return. Enjoy the shoes and enjoy the savings!
  • Because of the heavily discounted nature of the shoes in this collection, all purchases are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are offered on these products with no exceptions.
  • On our product page, you may have the option to select an "Excellent" product vs "Fair" product. "Excellent" means the shoes are in near-mint condition with very minimal marks. They are mostly our past season styles that are no longer on sale on our main site. Our "Fair" products show a little more wear, but still in great condition and quality. Note that not every size and color will be available in both conditions.
  • Our Shoes

  • We source all of our leather from the finest Italian manufacturers. Our calfskin is a super soft, full-grain calfskin finished with a proprietary blend of vegetable oil. Our suedes are also sourced from the best Italy has to offer and features a water-resistant finishing coat to keep your feet dry, and your shoes unharmed.
  • Our hybrid and dress shoes are made in family run manufacturers in Portugal using our patented designs and technology. Our SwiftKnits are made in China at factories with cutting edge technology. We design each of our styles at our headquarters in Los Angeles and develop the technology components in America.
  • Each shoe is crafted to a Standard D Width. Lace up styles fit true to US dress shoe size. We generally recommend sizing down half a size for all slip-ons. The Glider Sneaker and SwiftKnits fit true to sneaker sizing, we recommend sizing up half a size. Check out our WS Size Guide on the product page to get a specific recommendation.   • We recommend using Wolf & Shepherd shoe creams and waxes on our shoes for the best shoe care results! They are perfectly color matched and designed for our leathers to keep your shoes healthy and increase the longevity of wear. You can purchase these on our official website.
  • Shipping & Fulfillment

  • We accept major credit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept any discount codes, store credit or gift cards from our parent website, wolfandshepherd.com.
  • Orders placed before 2PM PST M-F generally ship within a business day. Due to high order volumes, orders may delay up to 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be received by the warehouse on the next business day.
  • Our Last Call items do not ship internationally.
  • An investigation will be opened with the carrier. Once the investigation is concluded, the item will be rerouted to the original delivery address, or if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a store credit will be provided for your next purchase. After a delivery is made, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items. We do not replace items that are stolen after delivery. If you require a signature, please reach out to customer experience upon placing your order at help@wolfandshepherd.com
  • Order must be cancelled then reordered. Please contact us immediately at help@wolfandshepherd.com to request cancellation.
  • We offer complimentary ground shipping in the US for all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for a fee. All expedited shipping orders must be purchased before 2PM PST. We only ship on business days. Weekend orders will be received by the warehouse on the following business day.
