  • What is Wolf & Shepherd Last Call?

    Our Last Call site is a limited collection of shoes that are available for Final Sale at a substantially discounted price point. This includes “run out styles” that are like new and “fair- condition” shoes that have been gently loved or refurbished (i.e light scuffs, creases, minor imperfections, all that naturally occur with time and wear).

    Although these shoes are heavily discounted, you will be receiving the same premium materials as is custom to every Wolf & Shepherd shoe available on our main site.

    Please note that every Last Call item purchased will be unique and not exactly as pictured. See examples here.

  • What is the difference between Run out Styles and Fair-condition shoes?

    Our Run Out styles are brand new and have never been worn. Whereas, our Fair Condition shoes have been gently loved or refubished. These shoes have minor exterior imperfections (light scuffs, creases, imperfections), all of which are typical after a few wears, and most of which can be treated with Wolf & Shepherd creams and waxes.

    Please note that with every shoe purchased on our Last Call Site, you will be receiving the same high quality premium materials as is custom to every Wolf & Shepherd shoe available on our main site.

  • What is your return policy?

    Because of the heavily discounted nature of the shoes in this collection, all purchases are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are offered on these products. Please contact Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

  • CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

    Please note that all promotions and discount codes are ineligible to be applied to items on our Last Call site, as they are already discounted.

  • CAN I APPLY A GIFT CARD?

    Unfortunately, gift cards purchased from our main site (www.wolfandshepherd.com) are not applicable to our Last Call site at this time.

  • Our Shoes

  • ARE YOUR SHOES WATERPROOF?

    While full-grain Italian leather is more durable than the rest. Due to leather's absorbent nature, our shoes are not considered weather proof. While they may stand against gently inclement weather, we suggest avoiding complete submersion.

  • What size should I buy?

    Each of our shoes is crafted to a standard D width. Check out our Size Chart and fit description on each product page to get specifics for every unique style. Feel free to email us at help@wolfandshepherd.com for more details.

  • How do I care for my shoes?

    We recommend using W&S Shoe Creams and Polishes on our shoes for the best shoe care results. They are perfectly color matched and designed for our leathers to keep your shoes healthy and increase the longevity of wear. For specific shoe care instructions for each style, please email help@wolfandshepherd.com for further assistance. You can purchase these on our official website.

  • Shipping & Fulfillment

  • What shipping methods are available?

    We offer complimentary ground shipping for all domestic orders. We also offer expedited shipping options: UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • When will my order ship?

    Order processing time for ground shipping estimates 3-5 business days. Our warehouse ships M-F. Orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 1 PM PST to ship the same business day. Weekend orders will be received by the warehouse on the following business day. Processing times may vary due to volume. Please reach out to help@wolfandshepherd.com for any questions or concerns about your order.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    We do ship internationally. Please note that all shipping costs, customs and duties are set by the courier and due at delivery.

  • What if my package is lost or stolen?

    Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

  • IF I DIDN'T PURCHASE DURING A SALE, CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?

    We are unable to retroactively apply any discounts or other offers for orders placed outside of our promotional window.

  • How do I edit my order?

    We are unable to make changes to your order once it is submitted. Please reach out to us at help@wolfandshepherd.com as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
